The holidays are over! This can either be a relief or a sad realization. What did you learn from this holiday? What did you enjoy or can you take from this holiday that you’ll do again next year?   What can you do differently next year to enjoy the holiday more? AND the biggest question what are you going to do now to stay or get healthy?

Typically, the after holiday crash is a norm in my office. Preventing the crash:
-recognize signs of depression (sadness, fatigue, isolation, difficulty concentrating)
-awareness of your triggers 
-do something enjoyable (even if you are not feeling up to it)
-call a friend (avoid isolation)
-seek professional help

The crash for some will still come. It is my hope for everyone that mental wellness comes and stays in 2015. Good luck
